Holy Matrimony,or marriage is the next sacrament illustrated in this series for you.
The sacrament of Matrimony unites a man and a woman for life and gives them the grace to fulfill their duties. In the world we live in, it’s increasingly important that we teach our young at home and in church what real marriage is. While the world may have labeled same sex relationships as ‘marriage,’ the Catholic Church defines matrimony as one man and one woman uniting (and never two men or two women). I pray that the Holy Spirit will provide you with the right words to teach your children how to discern between teachings of the world and teachings of God, especially when it comes to relationships.
