I have finally, no I mean FINALLY, finished these Printable Watercolor Mysteries of the Rosary Cards, and I’m soooo excited to be posting them in time for October, the month of the Holy Rosary.
Each mystery of the Rosary has been illustrated on these printable cards. The cards print front and back, and are 1/4 page in size (they print 4 to a page). The front shows an illustration of the mystery and the back shows Rosary beads, with the appropriate number of beads colored for where you are in praying. For example the first mystery in a Rosary prayer has the cross and first 10 Hail Mary beads colored. As you progress in the prayer, more beads are colored in.
These come in beautiful watercolors that I hand painted and scanned, and also in black and white so your children can color them if they wish. Your children can color their own set, or for the fast and easy way, just print the already painted set.
All 20 mysteries are included:
Simply print, cut apart, and laminate them to make a lasting Rosary Card set. There are plenty of ways to use these. You can simply lay the appropriate mystery in front of everyone to meditate on while praying. Or you can stand it up by leaning it against a wall or picture frame. You could even display them in a frame like this:
I simply strung some twine across the back of an empty picture frame, and used tiny clothes pins to display the rosary cards
With their small-ish size these are perfect to take on the go or also use as flashcards.
Print the black and white cards and have your children color them to keep their hands busy while you pray. Bring them to mass, and have your children color them instead of running up an down the aisle or crawling under pews. Not that that happens to any of us… 😉
