Stations of the Cross Printable Coloring Book {Free}

I’ve gotten so many requests for this, I’m sorry it’s taken a long time to get up on the blog- a Stations of the Cross Printable Coloring Book!

Download the Stations of the Cross Coloring Book

(Please download and save to your computer.  Then open in a .pdf viewing program like Adobe Acrobat to print for the best results)

This coloring book is seriously so easy to print and use.  I formatted it so you print it double sided (flip along the short side), and then basically pick up the stack from your printer, fold it in half and staple it.  Ta-da!

If you look at the file it’ll look confusing at first.  Why is station 1 across from station 14? Well, it has to do with the formatting I mentioned earlier.  To make it into a booklet you need to print it double-sided and flip along the short side.  Here’s how that option looks in Adobe Acrobat:

Then if your printer can do double-sided (I think most can these days right?), then you just wait- don’t pull your sheets off the printer until they’re all done! Once they’ve all printed, grab the stack exactly as it comes out of the printer, fold it in half and staple it!

If you have a super zealous toddler who loves delivering pages to you as they come off the printer, and they get out of order- here’s how they stack up: Lay them down in this order

1) Stations 1 and 14 facing up

2) Stations 3 and 12 facing up (on top of stations 1 and 14)

3) Stations 5 and 10 facing up (on top of stations 3 and 12)

4) Stations 7 and 8 facing up (on top of stations 5 and 10). Then fold in half and staple.

Here it is in order but fanned out so you can see which sheet is on top of which:

If you are a teacher, and have one of those really long armed staplers you can staple it in the middle before you fold it.  Otherwise, just fold it in half and staple it that way.

You can print these on cardstock or regular paper.  If you plan to let your little ones use markers, cardstock might be a good idea.  If you’re going with crayons and colored pencils, then go for the regular copy paper.

    Hi, downloaded this in time of Covid-19. I’m abroad and my Mom is asking if I could send her some Station of the Cross photos that she can print at home since she won’t be able to go to church for Lent. Thank you for these, great help. <3
